BLS for Health Care Providers
This CPR training is designed for Health Care Professionals such as nurses, dentists, EMT's, Paramedics, PT/OT/RT & Speech Therapists, medical students, lifeguards and many others in the healthcare industry. The student will recieve an (AHA) American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers card upon successful completion of the course with the new G2010 standards, which will include:

  • 2-year expiration on card
  • Adult, Child and Infant CPR
  • Conscious & Unconscious Choking for Adult, Child and Infant
  • 1-Man and 2-Man CPR Techniques
  • Advanced Airway
  • Rescue Breathing using Bag-Valve Mask (BVM) Ventilations
  • AED Implementation for Adults & Children
  • Heart Attack & Stroke Signs & Symptoms

$40.00 (Tuesdays @ 9:00am / Thursdays @ 12:00pm / Alternating Saturdays at 9:00am)

THIS ASSURES WE ARE PREPARED FOR ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING CLASS  

Learn CPR, First Aid & Safety can facilitate your busy schedule through the use of e-training. This allows you to complete the review & testing portions for the American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers in the comfort and convenience of your home or office.

After completion of the online training, contact us at (210) 798-7988 to schedule your skill performance test. This only takes about thirty-five to forty minutes.  Upon the successful completion of the online portion and skill performance tests you will receive an American Heart Association 2-year Completion Card.
 
NOTICE: Your school or workplace might not accept a BLS for HCP card that
is not an official AHA (American Heart Association) card. We offer Heartsaver and Health Care Provider courses with certification cards that are accepted by every entity in the State of Texas as well as Nationally.

 Payments for CPR / First Aid classes are due the day before your scheduled class. If you choose to wait to pay on class day there is a $10.00 additional at-door-fee which will be added to your cost and you will not be guaranteed a seat unless your have pre-paid. Class availability will be limited to the amount of open seats and student / instructor ratio. 

PREPAYMENT REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES TO GUARANTEE YOUR SEAT!

If you miss a prepaid class you can reschedule to take it at another time but there are no refunds. If you miss a class you must reschedule and make up the class within 3 months of the missed class date or you will be required to re-pay at current prices. You may only reschedule a class one time.
