Class sizes will be limited on a first come first serve basis. All classes require pre-payment at least five business days in advance in order to secure your seat. If you require us to ship your ACLS handbook you please allow two weeks notice for shipping. Call in advance to reserve a book to be picked up at our facility. 
Your seat is NOT guaranteed unless you have pre-paid or reserved your class with a credit / debit card.

Students must be proficient in the following:

• Performing BLS CPR skills using the 2010 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECG
• Reading and interpreting ECGs
• Understanding ACLS drugs
• Performing the BLS Primary Survey and the ACLS Seconday Survey

ACLS INITIAL PROVIDER COURSE 
        TIME: Day 1 - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
                  Day 2 - 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
        COST: $215.00 per person (Cost includes REQUIRED ACLS Provider Manual-#90-1405)
                  $172.00 per person (if you have your own book - Book required on class day)
        SHIPPING: $4.95 additional fee if a student needs to have the ACLS 
                                  Provider Manual mailed to their home address. 
                                  NO Shipping fee if you pick it up at our facility.

AHA requires each student to have a ACLS Provider Manual.  Student are required to print their scores from the ECG and pharmacology precourse assessment tests on the ACLS student CD and bring them to class.
            THIS STEP IS REQUIRED BY ALL STUDENTS - NO EXCEPTIONS!

RENEWAL ACLS COURSE
    TIME: Day 1 - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
    COST: $120.00 per person 
   *BOOK: $43.00 (if you do not currently have an ACLS Handbook #90-1405)
   *SHIPPING: $4.95 additional fee if a student needs to have the ACLS Provider
                               Manual mailed to their home address.
                               NO Shipping fee if you pick it up at our facility.

Renewal student must provide their current (un-expired) ACLS provider card and bring their own ACLS Provider Manual which each student should have received during their original provider certification (which is required by AHA). If student is not able to provide a book during class additional fees will apply.  If a renewal student is not able to show the skills proficiently on their own the instructor will refer them to the Initial 2 day class (additional fees apply) as they should already be proficient to qualify as renewal.

HINT: Study the Handbook before coming to class.

TIME: 2 Hours (Dates vary)
COST: $100.00 per person (non-refundable)

• Renewal student must provide their current (un-expired) ACLS provider card
• Renewal student must provide their current BLS for HCP CPR Card (un-expired)
• Bring copy of printed Certificate of Completion from the On-Line HeartCode ACLS Part 1 
• Bring their own ACLS Provider Manual which each student should have received during their original provider certification (which is required by AHA).
